Nostr Implementation Possibilities（NIP）は、Nostrの動作を定義するプロトコル仕様です。このリファレンスでは、すべてのNIPを現在のステータスと共にリストしています。
ステータスの説明:
- Final - 安定した仕様、広く実装されている
- Draft - 作業中、変更の可能性あり
- Unrecommended - 非推奨、または新しいNIPに置き換えられた
